Yes, there will be some things I’ll need from you! Unless you want me to use stock images (which I generally advise against, as they can feel inauthentic), I’ll need any photos or images you’d like to include on your site. If you already have any written content (text, descriptions, etc.), I can incorporate that too.
The level of your involvement will vary depending on how much control you want over the process. Some clients prefer to be more hands-on, while others are happy to leave it all to me.
No work begins until we’ve discussed and agreed on your exact requirements and I’ve given a final quote that you agree to.
I provide an upfront final price – no hidden fees. If you request additional features later, we’ll discuss pricing separately before proceeding.
I will send invoices to your email and payment is made via direct bank transfer.
For larger projects, I may offer flexible payment plans – just ask!
Note that once payments are made, they are non-refundable. Project can be cancelled any time.

I don’t offer ongoing SEO ranking services.
I include basic on-page SEO with all sites — such as proper use of headings, meta tags, page titles, and image optimisation. Your website will be structurally prepared to support SEO, but I cannot guarantee search engine rankings. These depend on various external factors, including content quality, domain authority, backlinks, and ongoing optimisation.
My focus is on building websites that are technically sound and ready for growth. I’m an architect, not a marketer. If you require more advanced or ongoing SEO work, I recommend working with a dedicated SEO professional.
