Discovery
This is a fact-finding mission where I get to grips with your vision or business, and work out what features and tools will be needed to achieve it, quoting accordingly.
Design &
Development
I propose a design, then take your feedback, and go on to build what is agreed. I give frequent updates and take feedback, making requested tweaks as I go.
Handover &
Support
You sign off on the completed design and the final instalment is paid. Depending on our agreement, I run the site for you, or hand it over with guidance/tutorials.

I’ve tried to answer a few common questions here but if you have one unanswered, please get in touch!
Will I need to do anything?
Yes, there will be some things I’ll need from you! Unless you want me to use stock images (which I generally advise against, as they can feel inauthentic), I’ll need any photos or images you’d like to include on your site. If you already have any written content (text, descriptions, etc.), I can incorporate that too.
The level of your involvement will vary depending on how much control you want over the process. Some clients prefer to be more hands-on, while others are happy to leave it all to me.
How does payment work?
Once we’ve discussed your requirements, I’ll give you a clear, fixed quote.
I invoice by email, and payment is made by bank transfer.
For larger projects, I can offer staged payments or flexible plans.
If you ever want to add features later, we’ll agree on pricing before anything changes.
Why should I not use tools like Wix, Squarespace, etc?
Website builders such as Wix and Squarespace can be a useful starting point for those on a tight budget, but they come with significant limitations. I talk about them, and AI builders, here.
How long does it take?
Most bespoke websites take 1-2 months depending on scope and content readiness. I’ll give a more tailored estimate when I know your requirements better. Package sites can be online in days if everything is ready beforehand.
Do you work with individuals, trades, and small businesses?
I absolutely do, yes! This is the mainstay of my client base. I’ve specifically tried to offer a dedicated simple, and bespoke route into website ownership for individuals and businesses to provide an alternative to services like Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace, and other SaaS tools that deny you ownership and force you to accept platform lock-in.
