Preparation
Choose your package and get in touch.
Pick the package you want, and make sure you own your domain and can access your registrar. If you don’t have a domain yet I can help you secure one – reach out!
Setup &
Customisation
Your site is set up and customised.
Once I have your text, images, and colours, I’ll put your site on a temporary domain and set it up, showing you before it goes live what it looks like. There will be a chance for small tweaks.
Hosting &
Deployment
Once ready, you’ll need a hosting plan to go live.
You can use your own hosting, or choose one of my generous hosting and care plans. I deploy the site to your domain and stay on‑hand for a week to fix any launch‑day issues.

I’ve tried to answer a few common questions here but if you have one unanswered, please get in touch using the contact form!
How long does it take?
If you have a domain ready, and the text, images, and logo you want to use, a template website can be online in a few days.
Technically the same day is possible, but I’m allowing time for compressing images, testing and making sure text and images fit nicely into the design (and don’t break alignment, etc).
In reality, 3–5 days is a reasonable estimate; 1–2 days is possible – it depends a bit on how much content you have too and how quickly you can get that to me.
All ‘setup-for-you’ package sites come with a free week of post‑launch support as well, precisely to iron out small teething issues if they come up.
How does support work?
All package sites come with a week of support post-setup included so I remain on-hand for support ironing out teething issues.

Should I go with a Bespoke build instead?
This depends on your priorities.
Bespoke sites take longer to make, as they’re built to order, and the process is collaborative so you’ll get several opportunities to provide feedback and request changes before launch. This means you can get your site exactly how you want, and is a great choice for niche and custom requirements — especially if no template design yet caters for them (though this library will keep expanding!).
If you need a website that’s online almost instantly and have no special requirements, or are hesitant to commit to bespoke fees upfront, then packages may be best for you.
Package Websites are not a lock‑in. If you later want new features they are all supported and available as separate purchases whenever desired.
How do packages differ from bespoke offerings?
In quality, they don’t differ at all. The business model is different though. With the bespoke offering I’m selling a custom service tailored to each client – we work through specifics to make exactly what they want.
With packages, I’ve pre-designed a website and sell that to you as a product, not a service. As part of that price I will install and set it up for you (with minor customisation like colours, logos, images and text) to get your site online as soon as possible!
If you want ongoing services with it, such as hosting, health reports, or monthly edits, etc., then I offer varied Care & Maintenance packages to keep you covered!
Do I need to do anything?
Yes, I’ll need any text and images you want used on the site, plus its logo. Alternatively I can do this for you for an additional fee.
Also make sure you have access to the domain (username and password to the registrar) you want to use too as I’ll need to log in to point it to the site’s hosting. If you don’t have a domain yet that’s not a problem, I can guide you through that.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to use an AI website builder?
It would, yes, and if you prioritise the very fastest setup speed and lowest price you may prefer to do that, but they come with significant implications for growth, ownership, maintenance, lock-in and freedom. I talk about that in this post.
I think it very likely that the long-term costs will painfully outweigh the short-term benefits, whether you’re an individual or a business. Particularly for businesses, not having true ownership of your website is something that comes with real risk.
My personal recommendation is to avoid them – they’re completely anti-ethical to my business model. But you would be fair to note that I have a vested interest in recommending against them, too.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do! If, rather than pay the whole sum upfront, you’d prefer to pay in installments, we can arrange that to be mutually beneficial!
This doesn’t apply to the Care & Maintenance plans though because my costs are monthly from the moment your site goes live.
